Pathways Chiropractic Fees
We think everyone deserves the opportunity to be checked by a chiropractor. We try to keep our fees reasonable so that everyone can afford our services.

| Office Visit, Child (if parent is under care) | $25.00 |
| Office Visit, Child (if parent is NOT under care) | $35.00 |
| X-Rays (per view) | $30.00 |
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made prior to your visit.
Insurance coverage:
Auto Insurance:
Most injuries sustained as the result of a motor vehicle accident will be 100% covered by your insurance. Payment is not required at the time of service.
Health Insurance:
Most insurance plans will pay a portion of the cost for your chiropractic care. Please verify if you have coverage for chiropractic care if you would like to use your health insurance. Full payment WILL be due at the time of service.
Health Care Savings or Flexible Spending Accounts (HSA or FSA):
We are happy to accept your Health Care Savings or Flexible Spending Account dollars.
